Sommet Pilates and Steve have been life changing for me! I hurt my back a few years ago and found out it was a herniated disc. I did not want to go to surgery at my young age and tried physical therapy which help to a small degree. A year later I had kids and hated that I was conciously thinking about my back every time I picked up my kids. I found Steve through a google search and went in for an initial evaluation.
