Cindy Hrnicek
Cindy has enjoyed a lifelong career in the performing arts, fitness, and wellness. As a Professional Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Contemporary Dancer, Singer, and Actress, she performed across the U.S., Japan, Canada, and Europe. She graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2003 and has combined her love for movement, music, and teaching ever since.
Cindy has taught at the Boston Conservatory and at multiple dance studios throughout New England, working with students ages 3 to 94. Her passion for teaching extends beyond the arts—she has also served as Director of Health and Wellness at organizations such as The Lincoln Downtown YMCA, Area Agency on Aging, EOS, and The Salvation Army.
Currently, Cindy is Adjunct Faculty at Phoenix College and the proud owner of Ashtanga Yoga Phoenix (founded in 2017) and Narrow Path Yoga (founded in 2013). She directs the 200- and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs at AYP and holds advanced credentials as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP through Yoga Alliance.
Whether you’re looking to enjoy a spot-specific or full-body massage, set up a private or small group yoga session, or earn continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance, Cindy is grateful to share her knowledge, care, and passion with every student and client she meets.
